Highlight Heritage is an independent heritage consultancy based in Nantwich and working nationwide. We offer a range of heritage services from pre-purchase stage to planning application stage for property owners, architects and planning consultants working in the historic environment

Pre-purchase Advice.
Pre-purchase Heritage Review. This report provides the heritage context of a property so that buyers can make an informed decision prior to purchase. The property itself may be listed, be within a conservation area, or be in close proximity to a listed building.
Statement of Significance.
A statement of significance provides an understanding of the heritage asset and its setting, including a summary history of the site, the planning context, historic mapping and identifies what is valuable about a heritage asset because of its heritage interest.
Heritage Statement.
This is a statutory requirement as part of the planning application process where an application involves a listed building. It is also likely to be required for applications in a conservation area, for locally listed properties or buildings in the vicinity of a listed building.
Conservation Plan.
A conservation plan covers a whole heritage site, from buildings to estates. The process enables an owner or manager to better understand the heritage and its potential.
Design Review.
Our founder, Lucy, is an architect and has experience in both contemporary and conservation practices. If a planning application has been recommended for refusal or has been refused, Lucy can provide a design review service to unpick the heritage and/ or architectural concerns.
