Head Start on the Hill
A heritage statement was prepared to accompany a pre-application pack for Head Start on the Hill, a nursery in Chester City Centre. The nursery needs more external space, therefore a roof terrace is proposed on top of a 1990s extension, accessed through the first floor of the Grade II listed nursery.
